Parents of Storm players from the 2017 season are requested to please complete coaching surveys for each of their coaches/helpers from this past season. This will enable Storm to work to help develop our coaches & to help us with decisions for the 2018 season.

The general survey suitable for all teams is located here (be advised, the results of this survey are visible to executive members who are also coaches, this affects 2003/2004B and 2002A)

The survey specific to the Storm 2002A team is located here (the results of this are not accessible by head coach Dave Burns)

All surveys have the ability to be competed anonymously, however, we strongly discourage this.
