Notice of 2021 AGM (updated)

By Admin 07/05/2021, 3:30pm PDT

It has been another interesting and challenging year but we are close to being back to normal. On Tuesday, August 3rd at 7:00 PM, we will be having our annual general meeting at the Port Kells Hall at 18918 88th Ave.

This year, we will have a few directors stepping down as their kids have aged out for minor ball so we will have a few opening on the executive. We are looking for people from all aspects of ball, house to rep as we run a full program. We assign positions on the executive based on the strength of the individual. We are hoping by giving this notice that people will have a chance to think about this opportunity to be directly involved with their child’s association. We rely heavily on volunteers to make this all happen.

If you have any questions about the role of executive members, you can reach out to president@surreystorm.com.
